What are the terms of sale/ refund policy?

Terms of Sales / Refund Policy

Our products are custom designed and made to order. As soon as we receive your order we will begin work on one or more design previews for your sign. This can take from one to several hours of labor to complete so we have an immediate investment in your project.

It has not been a problem, but if for some reason we cannot come up with a sign design that suits you during the design phase of the project and at our discretion, we may refund up to everything but a $35 design fee.

Once we get a design approval and start the carving process, no refunds are possible. Also, a big reason for the approved proof is so you can spell check your name and/or text. If we carve it differently than the approved proof, the mistake is on us, but if you approve a design with a misspelling, it's on you.

 We want to please you and will work hard to do so, but in today's world there has to be a written agreement to fall back on.  If you have any questions, please contact us at info@cedarslabsigns.com
